Kotabaru Disdukcapil partners with three vertical agencies - ANTARA News Kalimantan Selatan

Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Kotabaru Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) in South Kalimantan has partnered with three vertical agencies—the District Court (PN), the Religious Court (PA), and the local office of Religious Affairs Ministry (Kemenag) —to streamline public service bureaucracy.

Assistant III for General Administration Anang Muhammad Zein said the Kotabaru district government appreciated the District Court, Religious Court, the office of Religious Affairs Ministry and the Disdukcapil for initiating and realizing this cooperation.

“Through this cooperation, the government of Kotabaru District is optimistic the quality of population administration governance and public services in Bumi Saijaan (Kotabaru's nickname) will continue to improve overtime,” he said here as reported on Thursday.

He asked the respective agencies to make the most of this cooperation and make sure that it does not remain only on paper.

"Let's oversee its implementation in the field, so that the benefits can be felt directly, quickly, and easily by the wider community on Saijaan Earth,” he said.

Head of Disdukcapil Said Rizani Fahrian said this cross sectoral synergy aims to cut bureaucracy and to expedite updating of population data for residents, specifically regarding legal services, judicial system, and religious affairs.

Through this collaboration, the community is expected to benefit from more streamlined, transparent and efficient services, such as the integrated issuance of population document following court ruling or validation of marriage and divorce records.

"This step is our joint commitment to provide excellent service that is fast, easy, and transparent to the people of Kotabaru," he said.

Through this inter-agencies data integration, residents in Bumi Saijaan is expected to no longer have to go through long and separate procedures across various agencies.

This integrated service is believed capable of realizing an orderly population administration as a whole in the Kotabaru Regency.
